Voice and Sound Healing
One to one voice healing gives you the opportunity to calm your chattering brain and regulate your nervous system with mindful long notes, chanting and chakra activation. Being a singer is not at all necessary. I will gently facilitate an exploration of the natural healing qualities of singing together. If you prefer to receive these sessions as the listener that works excellently too. Either way, can be a refreshing change to talking therapy; singing brings us presence of mind and facilitates body and heart awareness.

I facilitate group sessions where we come together to open up to the joy of singing together in the natural world.
You don't have to be a singer.
It's an opportunity to connect to nature like our ancestors did - with celebration and song.
